A DMV (Dual Mode Vehicle) is a vehicle that runs on both tracks and roads.Asa Coast Railway has begun operating the world's first DMV in 2021. It operates between Tokushima and Kochi prefectures and is attracting attention as both a local transportation and tourist resource. You can enjoy a train and bus trip while visiting tourist spots along the line.

Yakuo-ji Temple
Yakuo-ji Temple is the 23rd temple of the 88 sacred places on Shikoku Island and is famous throughout Japan as a temple to ward off bad luck.The stone steps leading up to the main hall consist of 33 "Onna (female) Yaku (bad luck) Zaka (slope)," 42 "Otoko (male) Yaku (bad luck) Zaka (slope)," and 61 "Kanreki (60th birthday) Yaku (bad luck) Zaka (slope)" steps from the main hall.Worshippers place money on the stairs for each step they take. In this way, they ward off bad luck.
