In addition to making Japanese soul food "onigiri rice balls", guests will be able to observe the high-level skills of a Japanese chef up close and try their own hand at decorative vegetable cutting! For the tea tasting, guests will compare the fragrances and tastes of three different types of tea: Awa Bancha tea (a traditional Tokushima tea produced with a lactic acid fermentation method), roasted green tea, and green tea.
