◎How to Select Delicious Strawberries◎
Select strawberries that are glossy and have a deep red color. The seeds around the edge of the berry should be darker in color, and the seeds in the stem should be darker as well.
◎How to Pick Strawberries◎
Clip the stem with your middle and index fingers. The position of the fingers should be such that the insides of the fingers touch the edge of the strawberry. Bend the stem at a right angle, and pull to break the stem.
