【About Fruits Garden Yamagata】
Strawberries grown with care given to each small fruit.
Large and ripe Japanese pears that are safe and deliciously sweet.
Here at Yamagata, we put love and care into growing each and every one of our fruits.

Our farm also houses a direct sales shop that sells fresh fruits and processed goods made with fruits, as well as the FGY Café that opened in April. Enjoy authentic sweets produced by our farm, which was established back in 1923.

【About Japanese Pear Picking 🍐】
Approximately 100,000 Japanese pears are harvested each year at our garden through this pear picking activity.
This plan allows visitors to pick and eat as many Japanese pears as they would like within the time limit of 1 hour.
2 Japanese pears are also included as a gift to take home!

※ We will provide knives, cutting boards, plates, etc.

【Points of Caution】
※ The garden may close early due to factors such as the weather.
※ Even during times where the garden is usually open, it may be closed based on the growing conditions of the fruit.
※ Time periods for fruit picking differ depending on the year, so please contact us for in-depth details.
※ Please only pick as many Japanese pears as you will be able to eat during the time limit.
※ Leftover Japanese pears may not be taken home. (If you wish to take them home, an additional fee will be charged.)
※ Japanese pears are also sold at the direct sales shop. (Please be aware that they may sell out.)
※ The garden can be a bit difficult to walk in, so it is recommended to wear sneakers rather than shoes such as high heels.
※ The garden is outside, so please take proper measures to protect against the heat.
※ Pets are allowed. (However, they must wear a pet diaper.)
※ Smoking is prohibited in the garden. Please make use of the designated smoking area.
