【Atelier FumuFumu】Glass Marble Making
About Atelier FumuFumu Our workshop is located in Awa City and allows visitors to make their own accessories. Using an oxygen burner, you can create fantastical glass marbles. Our workshop allows you to create what appears to be a tiny version of outer space within a glass marble. This is the only place in Tokushima Prefecture where you can find such an activity! When you peer into the glass marble, you can see your own tiny outer space expanding before your eyes! Come visit us and create your own mini outer space. ------------------------------------------ ✰ Plan Details ✰ Using an oxygen burner, you will be able to make fantastic glass marbles that appear as if they have a tiny version of outer space trapped within them. The design varies depending on the creator, so you will be able to make a glass marble that is unique in all the world! The glass marbles can be used to make a pendant, or to decorate your home. *The activity is limited to 2 people. The workshop is held twice a day, from 9:00 AM and from 1:00 PM *If you wish to take your glass marble home on the day of the activity, you will have to wait about an hour. For those who would like it sent by mail, please pay on-site on the day of the activity. *Reservations are open for those 12 and older. *Our silver clay and glass marble activities cannot be done at the same time. [Roadside Station Donari] Tarai Udon Making
Only a 5 minute drive from Donari IC! Try your hand at making "Tarai Udon", a local specialty of Donari! Go through the steps of making udon, including stepping on the udon and rolling/cutting ball-shaped udon. Afterwards, enjoy a bowl of freshly prepared udon! This isn't labor-intensive work, so even women and children can enjoy with peace of mind! ♪ We recommend starting between 10:00 and 10:30 so that you will finish in time for lunch. Rental aprons are not available, so if necessary, please bring your own apron. About Atelier FumuFumu Our workshop is located in Awa City and allows visitors to make their own accessories. In 2012 we obtained a certification for silver clay, and in 2015 we won the SWAROVSKI GEMS Award in the 14th Silver Accessories Made with Silver Clay Contest! -------------------------- ✰ Plan Details ✰ Try your hand at making accessories using silver clay. This activity can be enjoyed even by beginners. It's quite popular for couples to make rings for each other.💍 Make your own completely original accessory! *This activity is limited to 3 people. From 9:00 to 12:00 Or From 13:00 to 16:00 It cannot be held at the same time as the glass marble making activity. *Reservations are open for those 6 and older. Rather than rings, children will make simpler accessories, such as pendants. *7 g of silver clay is included in the activity fee.
