Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a sport in which participants stand on a board and paddle left to right with a single paddle to move along the surface of the water. SUP can be experienced on rivers, oceans, etc.. The board is thicker and longer than a surfing board, making it relatively stable, and it can be enjoyed by beginners, children, and adults of all genders.

Our instructors are there to support you, and you will be able to start riding on the same day.
We also have women-friendly changing rooms and showers available!

(1) Reception
Please come to GOGOSUP & CAFE 30 minutes before the starting time.
Please mention to the staff that you have a reservation.

(2) Explanation and Lesson:
Your instructor will explain the program and give you a 10-15 minute lesson on how to ride and paddle a SUP.

(3) Program:
At first you will paddle standing on your knees, and when you get used to it, you can try standing up. Once you've learned how to paddle well, it's time to go and see some of the best spots in the area!

(4) When the Program is Over.
After the activity, please relax and enjoy a smoothie or hot dog at the attached café.
